A bread basket helps to retain the shape of your prepared dough. For ideal proofing, ensure that the seam of your dough is facing up, and liner is floured. Do not place your bread basket in the oven when baking. Always clean and fully dry out your basket to avoid mould from forming. Wash cloth liner separately.

Size: 25cm (L) x 15cm (W) x 8 cm (D) fits doughs between 650g - 1000g
