Strength flour (W370-390) resulting from the blending of soft grains naturally rich in gluten, designed for the production of leavened products. This flour ensures excellent structural forming of the dough, perfect performance and stability in all phases of preparation, even with recipes with high fat content and high amounts of heavy ingredients such as raisins, candied fruit and chocolate chips.
