Sourdough Storage

Room temp: 1-3 days. Slice and freeze: 6 months. To reheat, liberally spray water all over the loaf or slice. Toast at 180°C till crusty. Or lightly panfry on each side. 

Sourdough Waffle Storage

Room temp: 1-3 days. Freeze: 6 months. To reheat, toast at 180°C till lightly brown. Or lightly panfry on each side. 

Super Soft Pillow Loaf Storage

Room temp: 1-3 days. Slice and freeze: 6 months. To reheat, toast at 180°C till lightly brown. Or lightly panfry on each side. 

Chiffon Cakes Storage

Please refrigerate, best consumed within 2 days. Let cake come to room temperature before serving.

Dips Storage

Please refrigerate it as soon as you receive it. Our products contain no artificial preservatives and use natural ingredients like unfiltered apple cider vinegar and home-brewed Green Apple Kombucha for preservation. A good rule of thumb is that they're good for 12 - 14 days from the day of production. Room temp: 3 hours. Avoid direct sunlight.
