The Pizza Making Class Singapore offers a comprehensive, hands-on experience suitable for learners interested in authentic pizza baking techniques. This class emphasises practical skills, enabling participants to develop proficiency in making various types of pizza and focaccia, using traditional styles such as Neapolitan and Roman.
Ingredients and Techniques
The class utilises professional-grade ingredients, including high-quality flour, sourdough starters, and dairy products. Participants learn to prepare “poolish” preferments and incorporate sourdough for added flavor. Techniques include hand mixing and machine mixing to achieve optimal dough texture and elasticity, with emphasis on creating airy, bubbly focaccia and thin, crispy Roman pizza crusts.
Take home items
Participants will learn to bake a 12-inch Neapolitan pizza, an 8-inch Roman pizza, and an 8-inch focaccia. The class uses standard home or commercial ovens, with specific instructions for gas-fired ovens for Neapolitan styles and general ovens for Roman and focaccia baking. The full-color booklet and bonus tutorial videos supplement classroom learning.

Care and Certification
Participants receive care instructions for maintaining dough and baked goods at home. The class does not include a certification but provides detailed techniques for ongoing practice. Dairy and gluten ingredients are used; vegetarian options are available upon request. The class adheres to food safety standards and emphasizes ingredient safety and hygiene practices.
Bookings are final and non-refundable. If we cancel the class, you will receive a full refund. If you cannot attend, you may send a replacement student in your place at no extra charge. Rescheduling fees applies for non medical emergencies.
