Dough Fermentation Jar
A helpful way to help you visually gauge dough fermentation levels. Place a small quantity of dough in the dough fermentation jar, and aim for a minimum of 50% growth during bulk fermentation. Feel free to experiment with how much you can push this percentage as you progress as a baker.
